ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGE OR REFUND
If you accidentally placed an order twice please email us at [email protected] with the order number.
Our customers are our priorities.
ALL BOTTLES COME CLOSED AND SEALED, however, If you received a damaged package such as leaking or broken bottle, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and pictures of the package. We will email you a new label to send it back to us. As soon as we are notified that the package is on its way to us, we will ship you a new order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 72 hours of placing your order and usually arrive in 2-3 business days. A Tracking number will be mailed to you once the order is ready to be shipped. Keep in mind, time may vary on weekends.
If you placed your order during a promotional sale, please expect an additional 2-3 business days to be added to the total processing and shipping time.
Estimated shipping time for Body Shapers are 4-8 days
If there will be a significant delay in shipping of your order due to high volume, we will contact you via email.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to put your complete address including (floor, apt, suite, ext).
